摘要:
为考察水处理中常用的无机絮凝剂对水生态环境的影响,采用静水试验法,开展七种无机絮凝剂(硫酸亚铁、硫酸铝、明矾、聚合氯化铝、聚合硫酸铝、氯化铁、氯化铝)对同日龄大型溞(Daphnia magna)的急性毒性试验。试验结果显示硫酸亚铁、硫酸铝、明矾、聚合氯化铝、聚合硫酸铝、氯化铁、氯化铝对大型溞的48 h半致死质量浓度(LC50)分别为87.556、38.789、87.811、306.334、50.530、5.385、2.915 mg/L;其安全质量浓度(SC)分别为4.881、1.180、4.678、0.301、3.085、0.021、0.029 mg/L。由此计算得出,大型溞对这七种无机絮凝剂的敏感性从高到低依次为:氯化铁≈氯化铝>聚合氯化铝>硫酸铝>聚合硫酸铝>明矾>硫酸亚铁。根据《化学农药环境安全评价试验准则》中毒性分级标准,判断硫酸亚铁、硫酸铝、明矾、聚合氯化铝、聚合硫酸铝对大型溞为低毒性,氯化铁、氯化铝对大型溞为中等毒性。
Abstract:
In order to investigate the influence of commonly used inorganic flocculants in water treatment on water ecological environment,the acute toxicity effects of seven inorganic flocculants (ferrous sulfate,aluminum sulfate,alum,polyaluminum chloride,polyaluminum sulfate,ferric chloride,and aluminum chloride) on Daphnia magna were analyzed using semi-static water contacting acute toxicity method.The test results showed that the 48h-LC50of ferrous sulfate,aluminum sulfate,alum,polyaluminum chloride,polyaluminum sulfate,ferric chloride and aluminum chloride were 87.556,38.789,87.811,306.334,50.530,5.385 and 2.915 mg/L,respectively.Their safe concentration(SC) were 4.881,1.180,4.678,0.301,3.085,0.021 and 0.029 mg/L,respectively.The sensitivity of D.magna to the seven inorganic flocculants from high to low was:ferric chloride≈aluminum chloride> polyaluminum chloride> aluminum sulfate> polyaluminum sulfate> alum> ferrous sulfate.According to the toxicity classification criteria in Guidelines for Environmental Safety Evaluation of Chemical Pesticides:ferrous sulfate,aluminum sulfate,alum,polyaluminum chloride and aluminum sulfate were low toxic to D.magna,while ferric chloride and aluminum chloride were moderate toxic to D.magna.
