摘要:
针对超声电源动态匹配技术的计算方法比较复杂的问题,提出了一种基于压电换能器参数的动态T型匹配方法及系统。该方法从超声换能器的串联等效电路参数入手,利用上位机实现数据拟合从而计算出等效电路参数后,进一步得到谐振频率与T型匹配电路元件的参数,并利用下位机与继电器对匹配电路进行调节。对此系统进行仿真验证,得到的数据准确性较好,计算速度快。
Abstract:
This paper proposes a dynamic T-shaped matching method and system based on piezoelectric transducer parameters to address the complex calculation method of ultrasound power dynamic matching technology.The equivalent circuit parameters can be obtained by data fitting using upper computer,which crosses the equivalent circuit parameters of the ultrasonic transducer,then the parameters of the resonant frequency and T-type matching circuit elements can be determined and the matching circuit can be determined by lower computer and relays.The simulation results show that the data accuracy of this method is good, and the calculation speed is improved compared with those the existing calculation methods.
