摘要:
针对港口集装箱作业过程中产生的碳排放和翻箱现象,考虑集装箱进出堆场顺序及集装箱质量等因素,以集装箱在堆场存取过程中的碳排放和翻箱量最低为目标函数,构建混合整数线性规划模型。分别采用启发式算法和超启发式算法对集装箱堆存方案进行优化,比较两算法在堆存优化问题中的适用性。结果表明:超启发式算法在求解结果和稳定性方面优于启发式算法,其在满足堆场堆存需求的同时,最大限度地减少了堆存环节中的碳排放。
Abstract:
Factors such as the orders of entry to and exit from the yard and the weights of containers are considered,and the objective is to minimize the carbon emissions and container resuffling volumes during container storage and redelivery at the yard.Heuristic algorithms and hyper-heuristic algorithms are used to optimize the container stacking scheme,and their respective applicabilities in the stacking optimization problem are compared.The results show that the hyper-heuristic algorithm outperforms the heuristic algorithm in terms of solution quality and stability.It not only meets the stacking requirements of the yard but also minimizes carbon emissions during the stacking process to the greatest extent.
