摘要:
为减少假阳性,对患病和未患病大口黑鲈 (Micropterus salmoides) 各96尾进行群体结构和亲缘关系分析,结果显示,两个群体在亲缘关系上接近,没有明显的群体分层,但未患病群体的遗传分化明显低于患病群体。对192尾大口黑鲈重测序个体,通过全基因组关联分析和选择信号分析,定位了与抗维氏气单胞菌(Aeromonas veronii)相关的染色体区段及变异位点,并在2、5、12和17号染色体中定位了12个与抗病相关的候选基因。其中cxadr和vtcn1基因在免疫应答中作用明显,多个免疫球蛋白轻链基因(igl)可能在鱼类免疫中发挥重要作用。
Abstract:
To reduce false positives,population structure and kinship analyses were conducted on both diseased and healthy largemouth bass.The results showed that the two groups were closely related without significant population stratification,though the genetic differentiation of the healthy group was significantly lower than that of the diseased group.A performed genome-wide association analysis and selective signal analysis based on 192 resequenced largemouth bass (Micropterus salmoides) individuals were to identify chromosomal regions and genetic variants associated with resistance to Aeromonas veronii.Ultimately,12 candidate genes associated with disease resistance were identified on chromosomes 2,5,12,and 17.Notably,the cxadr and vtcn1 genes exhibited significant roles in immune response,and multiple immunoglobulin light chain genes (igl) may play crucial roles in fish immunity.
