摘要:
研究了维生素B12对坛紫菜的生理生化影响,分析了外源添加维生素B12和甲硫氨酸后坛紫菜的生理指标和光合参数。结果表明:高温胁迫下坛紫菜生长几乎停止;31 ℃高温处理3 d后,维生素B12处理组的Fv/Fm显著高于对照组;处理5 d后,对照组发生明显溃烂,而添加了不同浓度维生素B12和甲硫氨酸后坛紫菜叶状体未见明显溃烂。本研究揭示维生素B12和甲硫氨酸可以增强坛紫菜耐受高温胁迫的能力,但是其作用机制还有待进一步验证。
Abstract:
Vitamin B12 could regulate genes expression of algae,improve the heat tolerance,and participate in the interactions between bacteria and eukaryotic algae.However,knowledge is limited on the physiological effects of vitamin B12 on heat responses of Pyropia haitanensis.The physiological indexes and photosynthesis parameters of P.haitanensis were measured after addition of exogenous vitamin B12 and methionine.The results showed that the growth of P.haitanensis was stopped under high temperature stress;vitamin B12 decreased the inhibition of 3 days of high temperature treatment on Fv/Fm;the control group had obvious rots after 5 days of heat treatment,but no obvious rots were found on the thalli with addition of vitamin B12 and methionine.This study indicated that vitamin B12 and methionine could strengthen the heat tolerance ability of P.haitanensis,but the mechanism remains to be further verified.
