摘要:
为了研究丁醇掺混比和EGR率(exhaust gas recirculation)对柴油机燃烧性能的影响,利用〖BF〗AVL_FIRE〖BFQ〗仿真软件,基于4190ZLC-2型船用中速柴油机,建立燃烧室高压循环模型,并验证模型的准确性。采用仿真的方法,研究在低温条件下柴油机掺烧丁醇对其燃烧特性和性能的影响。在确保柴油机正常燃烧的基础上得到最终优化结果:丁醇掺混比B20;EGR率12.5%;喷油提前角20°;进气压力0.213 MPa。分析表明:引入废气再循环(EGR)可以较好的实现低温燃烧,但EGR过大,混合气体氧浓度含量降低,容易造成燃烧不充分现象;柴油中掺混丁醇可以明显改善低温燃烧环境,但掺混比过大容易造成滞燃期过长,出现失火现象;适当提高喷油提前角能使滞燃期延长,避免粗暴燃烧,有效提高放热率和柴油机的动力性和经济性;进气压力提高,增加混合气体氧含量和扰动性,有效提高柴油机的动力性。
Abstract:
In order to study the effect of butanol blending ratio and EGR rate(exhaust gas recirculation) on diesel combustion performance,the AVL_FIRE simulation software was used to establish a high-pressure circulation model of the combustion chamber based on the 4190ZLC-2 marine medium-speed diesel engine,and the accuracy of the model was verified.The simulation method was carried out to study the effect of diesel engine blended with butanol on the characteristic of combustion and performance under low temperature conditions.The optimal results were obtained on the basis of ensuring the normal combustion of the diesel engine where the butanol blending ratio,the EGR rate,the fuel injection advance angle,and the inlet pressure are respectively about B20,12.5%,20 ℃A and 0.213 MPa.The results from analysis also show that the introduction of exhaust gas recirculation(EGR) can bring about a better performance in low-temperature combustion,However,a too large value of the EGR and alow concentration of the mixed gas may cause an insufficient combustion;the blending of butanol in diesel can significantly improve the low-temperature combustion environment,but if the blending ratio is too large,the flame retardation period will be too long,which will accordingly prolong the fire retardation period.A proper fuel injection advance angle will prolong the retardation period,avoid rough combustion,effectively increase the heat release rate and improve the power and economy of the diesel engine.The oxygen content and the disturbance of the mixed gas effectively improve the dynamic performance of the put power in the diesel engine.
