为了解增殖放流后山东石岛近海三疣梭子蟹(Portunus trituberculatus)遗传特征的变化情况,对采自石岛近海2016年和2020年两个年份三疣梭子蟹群体的遗传多样性和遗传结构进行分析。结果显示:两个群体的单倍型多样性均较高,表现出较高的遗传多样性;群体间遗传分化指数FST值显示群体内部遗传差异大于群体间,且统计检验不显著,表明两群体间无明显遗传分化;分子方差分析(AMOVA)结果和单倍型邻接系统发育树(NJ)也显示两群体间无明显遗传分化。由此可得,经增殖放流,石岛近海2016—2020年三疣梭子蟹群体遗传多样性较高并未发生显著的遗传分化,种质资源较好。

In order to understand the changes in the genetic characteristics of P.trituberculatus in the coastal waters of Shidao after enhancement and releasing,this paper analyzed the genetic diversity and genetic structure of P.trituberculatus populations based on mitochondrial DNA control region sequences.And the P.trituberculatus populations were collected from the coastal waters of Shidao in 2016 and 2020.The results showed that haplotype diversity of the two populations was high,showing high genetic diversity.The genetic differentiation index FST value between the populations showed that the genetic difference within the population was greater than that between the populations,and the statistical test was not significant.It means that there was no obvious genetic differentiation between the two populations.Both analysis of molecular variance(AMOVA) and neighbor-joining tree also reached the same conclusion.To sum up,enhancement and releasing of P.trituberculatus in the coastal waters of Shidao from 2016 to 2020,the population genetic diversity was relatively high without significant genetic differentiation,and the germplasm resources were good.
