摘要:
分别采用乙醇、乙酸乙酯、甲醇3种有机溶剂提取发酵液中的麦考酚酸(MPA),分析紫外光谱吸收特征,并建立了测定MPA含量的紫外分光光度法.结果表明:MPA甲醇溶液质量浓度在0~50 mg/L范围内与Abs304呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为1018 %,相对标准偏差为120 %.紫外分光光度法测定MPA含量简单、快速、重复性好,适用于发酵液中MPA含量的准确测定
Abstract:
A UV spectrophotometric method to determinine mycophenolic acid in zymotic fluid using ethanol,ethylacetate and methanol as extraction was established.The result showed:the linearity was in the range of 0~50 mg/L of MPA methanol solution,the average recovery was 101.8 %,and RSD was 1.20 %.The method was simple,rapid and reproducible,and it was suitable for the determination of mycophenolic acid in fermentation broth
