摘要:
筛选单用抑菌作用较强的6种中药药材,依据棋盘法设计15种双联用复方,采用超微药粉琼脂稀释法测定各系列浓度组合的复方对养殖鳗鲡18株常见致病菌的抑制作用.实验结果表明,15种双联用复方对18株致病菌中绝大多数菌株的抑制作用比6种中药单用的抑菌作用强,呈现协同效应(FIC≤1)的比例占85.7 %,其中显著协同(FIC≤0.5)占20.4 %;复方抑菌作用未发生变化(1
Abstract:
Six Chinese herbs were screened,which had the strong inhibitory effect on pathogenic bacteria from cultured eels in vitro,and were first ground into 5~10 μm powder with ultrapulverizator. Then they were mixed one by one based on chessboard experimental method to get fifteen kinds of compounds of Chinese herbs.To study antibacterial activity of the doublecompounds,minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of the doublecompounds against eighteen pathogenic bacteria from eels were measured with agar dilution method.The results showed that the fifteen kinds of Chinese herbs double-combinations had synergism antibacterial effects against pathogenic bacteria at different extend,and antibacterial activity of almost all compounds had increased.The ratios of FIC≤1 and FIC≤0.5 to all FIC were 85.7 % and 20.4 % respectively, the proportion of 1
