摘要:
在印染和纺织行业中,为了探究如何更快速更精确地控制染色剂滴定的精度,就如何自动控制滴液机的精密滴定作了初步的探讨.基于伺服控制原理,设计了滴液机的PLC自动滴定控制系统,电子称与PLC之间的自由通讯以及滴定控制算法,并进行了滴定试验.通过试验分析可知:在闭环控制算法中,经多环节闭环控制,可使得滴定精度达到±0.01 g.
Abstract:
In order to control the titration precision of staining agent for the printing and dyeing industry more quickly and accurately,The application of PLC-based servo control system in automatic dropping machine to improve its titration precision was preliminarily investigated. According to the principle of servo control the basic configuration of the titration precision control,the free communication between electronic scale and PLC,and the titration control algorithm were designed. The relevant experiments were carried out and analyzed.Experimental results showed that with the repeatedly closed loop control the control algorithm could make the titration precision reach ±0.01 g
