摘要:
为了减小船舶轴系弯曲振动所引起的轴系疲劳破坏,提出一种并联安装在推进轴系上的动力吸振器。首先采取解析方法对轴系弯振的固有频率和模态进行分析,其次运用模态综合法建立了安装动力吸振器的船舶轴系的动力学模型,求解出船舶轴系弯曲振动的运动响应放大系数,并讨论了设计参数对主振系统的振动影响特性。该研究可为动力吸振器的结构设计提供参考。
Abstract:
To reduce the futigue failure of ship shafting caused by the bending vibration,the design of a dynamic absorber connected to ship shafting in parallel is introduced in this paper.Firstly,the natural frequencies and modal shapes of the propeller shaft were calculated by using analytic method.Secondly,the ship shafting-dynamic absorber mechanical system was set up by using the modal interception and synthesis method.Finally,the motion response coefficient of the master vibration system was provided and the parameter influenced characteristics of dynamic absorber were discussed.The results give as reference to design a dynamic absorber for reducing the bending vibration of ship shafting.
