摘要:
为了研究多次喷射对4190ZLC船舶中速柴油机缸内燃烧和排放性能的影响,设计了四种喷射方案:方案一为2次等量喷射;方案二为3次喷射;方案三为2次预喷射加1次主喷射;方案四为5次预喷射加1次主喷射。利用AVL FIRE软件进行了数值模拟。数值模拟结果表明,采用多次喷射可以有效改善柴油机的燃烧过程,降低NOx的排放量,特别是方案四,额定工况下,NOx的排放量仅为原机的70%。
Abstract:
In order to study the effects of multi -injections on the combustion and emission performance of 4190ZLC marine medium speed diesel engine,four kinds of injection schemes were designed for this purpose.Scheme 1 is two equal injections.Scheme 2 is three injections.Scheme 3 is two preinjections plus one main injection.Scheme 4 is five pre-injections plus one main injection.Numerical simulations were carried out by employing the AVL FIRE software.It shows that the diesel engine and reduce the emission of NOx.Typically by adopting scheme 4,the emission of NOx at rated output power is only 70% of that of the original engine.
