摘要:
为了有效地提高海上运输安全水平,将无人驾驶船舶与e-航海相结合,阐述了e-航海总体技术架构。通过分析无人驾驶船舶技术与e-航海技术之间的共性:感知、数据、标准和传输,提出基于e-航海的无人驾驶船舶系统技术总体架构。探讨了基于e-航海的智能感知、智能决策和智能通信无人驾驶船舶技术的发展思路。结果表明:e-航海技术的应用为无人驾驶船舶的发展奠定了基础,而无人驾驶船舶的发展也促进了e-航海战略的实施。
Abstract:
Unmanned ships are combined with e-navigation in order to effectively improve maritime transport safety.The paper describes the overall technical architecture of e-navigation.The overall technical structure for unmanned ship navigation based on e-navigation is proposed through analysis on the commonalities between unmanned ship technology and e-navigation technology: perception,data,standards and transmission.Development ideas of intelligent perception,intelligent decision-making and intelligent communications and other unmanned ship technology based on e-navigation are studied. The results show that the application of e-navigation technology lays the foundation for the development of unmanned vessel navigation,and the development of unmanned vessel navigation has also contributes to the implementation of the e-navigation strategy.
