摘要:
于2018年冬季,在广东湛江高桥红树林湿地布设6个站点进行沉积物样品采集,研究该区域海洋线虫的丰度、生物量、优势属、种类组成、生物多样性指数和群落结构等。结果表明,高桥红树林湿地海洋线虫丰度变化范围为(69.68±35.22)~(123.03±22.19) ind/cm2,平均丰度为(96.37±23.24) ind/cm2;海洋线虫生物量为(55.74±28.17)~(98.43±17.75) μg/cm2,平均生物量为(77.10±31.52)μg/cm2。经鉴定,海洋线虫隶属15个科32个属,且优势度超过5%的优势属有6个,分别是萨巴线虫属(Sabatieria)、霍帕线虫属(Hopperia)、软咽线虫属(Halichoanolaimus)、拟囊咽线虫属(Parasphaerolaimus)、拟棘齿线虫属(Paracanthonchus)和拟齿线虫属(Parodontophora)。其中萨巴线虫属和霍帕线虫属在6个站位均有分布,平均优势度分别为47.84%和24.32%。海洋线虫的摄食类型以1B型(非选择性沉积食性者)占主导,生物多样性指数高值、群落优势度低值出现在靠近外海的站位5。
Abstract:
In the winter of 2018,6 stations were set up to collect sediment samples to study the abundance,biomass,dominant genera,species composition,biodiversity index and community structure of marine nematodes in mangrove wetland of Gaoqiao,Zhanjiang,Guangdong.The results showed that the abundance of marine nematodes in Gaoqiao mangrove wetland ranged from (69.68±35.22)ind/cm2 to (123.03±22.19) ind/cm2,with an average abundance of (96.37±23.24) ind/cm2.The biomass of marine nematodes was (5574±28.17) μg/cm2 to (98.43±17.75) μg/cm2,and the average biomass was (77.10±31.52) μg/cm2.Marine nematodes were identified as 32 genera belonging to 15 families,and 6 dominant genera with more than 5% dominance were Sabatieria,Hopperia,Halichoanolaimus,Parasphaerolaimus,Paracanthonchus and Parodontophora.Sabatieria and Hopperia were distributed in six stations with the average dominance degrees of 47.84% and 24.32%,respectively.The feeding type of marine nematodes was dominated by 1B(non-selective sedimentary predator),and the high value of biodiversity index and low value of community dominance appeared at station 5 near the open sea.
