]研究了纳米TiO2对大肠杆菌、嗜水气单胞菌和鳗弧菌的光催化抑杀性能.结果表明,纳米TiO2对3种细菌均具有较强的杀灭能力,纳米TiO2质量浓度为0.1 g/L时,在紫外灯下催化2 h杀菌率可达98 %以上,在日光下催化2 h杀菌率仍可达96 %以上. 光催化杀菌效果与纳米TiO2的质量浓度和作用时间有关,质量浓度过低或作用时间过短时,杀菌效果均不理想;质量浓度过高时,催化剂未能得到充分利用,当纳米TiO2质量浓度达0.1 g/L、作用时间达2 h时即可取得良好的杀菌效果
Abstract:
Sterilization ability of nanometer TiO2 on Escherichia coli,Aeromonas hydrophila and Vibrio anguillarum were studied. The results showed that nanometer TiO2 could achieve desirable sterilization efficiency on these bacteria.In ultraviolet lights,0.1 g/L nanometer TiO2 could reach a sterilizing rate above 98 % after 2 h and it could still keep a sterilizing rate above 96 % after 2 h in the sun.The photocatalytic sterilization efficiency of nanometer TiO2 was correlative with its concentration and reaction time. Without adequate concentration or reaction time the sterilization would not be effective.The catalyst could not be utilized effectively in high concentration.With concentration of nanometer TiO2 being 0.1 g/L and the reaction time exceeding 2 h,effective sterilization would be attained
