摘要:
针对逆变器经常出现的功率开关器件开路故障问题,提出了一种基于小波分析和神经网络的逆变电路功率器件开路故障检测和诊断方法。利用小波递归方法对逆变器输出电流信号进行分析处理,实现了逆变器故障检测。通过小波多尺度分析,获得了信号各层细节系数及其能量,对能量进行归一化处理,得到不同故障状态的故障特征,将其作为BP神经网络输入,通过观察网络输出实现了功率器件开路故障分离。仿真结果表明,该方法可以实现功率开关器件故障检测与分离。
Abstract:
Aimed at the open-circuit faults of power device occurred in the inverter,the paper presents a technique of fault detection and diagnosis for open-circuit fault of power device in inverter-fed motor drives based on wavelet neural network.The output current of the inverter is processed by using the recursive wavelet transform,the coefficient value of the recursive wavelet transform is obtained and the value can be used for fault detection.The layer detail coefficient and its energy are obtained by wavelet transform and the fault features are got by normalized the energy.BP neural network is used to isolate switch faults by input the fault features to the input layer of the network.The simulation result shows that the method can detect and isolate open-circuit faults of power device effectively.
