摘要:
以鱼粉和豆粕为主要蛋白质源,以三氧化二钇(Y2O3)作为外源指示剂配制基础饲料,再以质量分数为90%的基础饲料和10%的待测原料组成试验饲料,测定了牛蛙Rana (Lithobates)catesbeiana对肉骨粉、水解羽毛粉、血浆蛋白、肠膜蛋白和蛋白胨5种动物蛋白原料中干物质、粗蛋白质、磷、钙以及能量的表观消化率。试验结果表明:牛蛙对不同待测原料的干物质表观消化率在45.7%~90.9%之间,其中血浆蛋白(90.9%)>蛋白胨(81.4%)>肠膜蛋白(81.3%)>肉骨粉(51.2%)>水解羽毛粉(45.7%);各原料间粗蛋白质的表观消化率在65.6%~87.6%之间,其中血浆蛋白(87.6%)>蛋白胨(82.6%)> 肠膜蛋白(80.0%)>肉骨粉(69.5%)>水解羽毛粉(65.6%);能量表观消化率在血浆蛋白(81.2%)、肠膜蛋白(80.4%)和蛋白胨(79.7%)三者之间无显著差异,但都显著高于其他各组(P<0.05);各种饲料原料总钙的表观消化率从高到低依次为蛋白胨(74.7%)、水解羽毛粉(70.3%)、血浆蛋白(69.8%)、肠膜蛋白(64.5%)、肉骨粉(63.2%);总磷的表观消化率从高到低依次为蛋白胨(82.8%)、血浆蛋白(80.5%)、肠膜蛋白(80.2%)、水解羽毛粉(78.4%)和肉骨粉(75.5%)。结论:血浆蛋白、肠膜蛋白和蛋白胨可作为牛蛙的优质蛋白质源。
Abstract:
A reference diet was formulated with fish meal and soybean meal as the main sources of protein and using yttrium oxide(Y2O3)as digestibility indicator.Test ingredients included porcine meat and bone meal,hydrolyzed feather meal,plasma protein powder,dried porcine digest and peptone.A test diets that included 90% reference diet and 10% of the test feed ingredients were used with 0.1% yttrium oxide included as digestibility indicator to determine apparent digestibility coefficients(ADCS)of dry matter,crude protein,gross energy,phosphorus and calcium in selected feed ingredients for bullfrog.The results showed that the ADCS of dry matter in those tested feed ingredients varied from 45.7% to 90.9%.The tested feed ingredients sorted by the ADCS of dry matter in descending order was plasma protein powder(90.9%)>peptone(81.4%)>dried porcine digest(81.3%)>porcine meat bone meal(51.2%)>hydrolyzed feather meal(45.7%).ADCS of crude protein varied from 65.6% to 87.6% among all ingredients.The tested feed ingredients sorted by the ADCS of crude protein in descending order was plasma protein powder(87.6%)>peptone(82.6%)>dried porcine digest(80.0%)>porcine meat bone meal(69.5%)>hydrolyzed feather meal(65.6%).In this study,ADCS of energy in plasma protein powder(81.2%),dried porcine digest(80.4%)and peptone(79.7%)had no significant difference,but significantly higher than those in other ingredients (P<0.05).Ingredients sorted by ADCS of total calcium in descending order was peptone(74.7%),hydrolyzed feather meal(70.3%),plasma protein powder(69.8%),dried porcine digest(64.5%),porcine meat and bone meal(63.2%).Ingredients sorted by ADCS of total phosphorus in descending order was peptone(82.8%),plasma protein powder(80.5%),dried porcine digest(80.2%),hydrolyzed feather meal(78.4%),porcine meat and bone meal(75.5%).In conclusion,the plasma protein powder and peptone can be used as high quality dietary protein sources for bullfrog.
