为了研究天然气-柴油双燃料发动机运行参数匹配对综合油耗率的影响,利用AVL-FIRE仿真软件建立双燃料发动机燃烧室高压循环模型,运用一次回归正交试验设计方法安排系统运行参数进行仿真计算,建立综合油耗率生成的回归方程,并对其进行方差分析和失拟性检验,运用该回归方程找出综合油耗率最小的参数组合。结果表明,综合油耗率经过一次回归正交试验设计优化后相比正交试验设计的降低约0.53%;综合油耗率最小(169.3 g/(kW·h))的参数组合为:天然气替代率40%;EGR率0;进气温度325.15 K;进气压力0.223 MPa;喷油提前角22.6°。
Abstract:
In order to study the influence of operating parameters matching on the comprehensive fuel consumption rate of a natural gas-diesel dual-fuel engine,a high-pressure cycle model of a dual-fuel engine combustor was established by using AVL-FIRE simulation software.The first-order regression orthogonal experimental design method was used to arrange the operation parameters matching simulation calculation for optimization and a regression equation was established based on the comprehensive fuel consumption rate.The regression equation was employed for variance analysis and dissimilarity test.The combination of parameters with minimum comprehensive fuel consumption was then determined by using the regression equation.The results show that the comprehensive fuel consumption rate optimized by one-time regression orthogonal experimental design is about 0.53% lower than that by the orthogonal experimental design,and the combination of the parameters of the minimum comprehensive fuel consumption rate(169.3 g/(kW·h))is:natural gas substitution rate 40%;EGR rate 0;inlet temperature 325.15 K;inlet pressure 0.223 MPa;fuel injection advance angle 22.6 ℃.
