摘要:
通过酶动力学方法考察了轮型钼簇(Mo36、Mo57Mn6、Mo57V6、Mo57Fe6)对α-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制效果、抑制机理和抑制类型。结果表明:Mo36、Mo57Mn6、Mo57V6、Mo57Fe6对α-葡萄糖苷酶均有较好的抑制效果,其中Mo57Fe6对α-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制效果最好,其IC50=(0.025 9±0.000 328)mmol/L;Mo36对α-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制作用为可逆竞争型抑制,Mo57Mn6、Mo57V6、Mo57Fe6的抑制作用为可逆混合型抑制。
Abstract:
The inhibitory effect,inhibition mechanism and inhibition type of α-glucosidase by wheel-type molybdenum clusters(Mo36,Mo57Mn6,Mo57V6,Mo57Fe6) were studied by enzyme kinetics.The results showed that Mo36,Mo57Mn6,Mo57V6 and Mo57Fe6 had good inhibitory effects on α-glucosidase.The half inhibition rate of Mo57Fe6 with the best inhibitory effect on αglucosidase was (0.025 9±0.000 328) mmol/L.The inhibitory types of Mo36 on α-glucosidase showed reversible competitive inhibition,and the inhibitory types of Mo57Mn6,Mo57V6 and Mo57Fe6 on α-glucosidase were reversible mixed inhibition.
