摘要:
为了研究GCr15钢内圆磨削表面淬硬层的硬度分布特征,进行径向切入式内圆表面磨削淬硬正交试验,并优化了磨削用量组合。结果表明:1)内圆磨削淬硬件的砂轮周向切入切出区域存在软化带,该软化带由砂轮径向切入区、周向切入过渡区和周向切出过渡区组成;2)磨削深度对软化带弧长的影响最为显著,工件进给速度对软化带弧长的影响显著,磨削速度对软化带弧长的影响一般显著;3)随着磨削深度的增大,软化带周向显微硬度分布曲线由“U”形转变为“W”形。当磨削用量组合为:磨削深度ap=0.3 mm,工件进给速度vw=0.20 m/min,磨削速度vs=30 m/s时,可以获得最小软化带弧长。
Abstract:
Based on the grindhardening orthogonal experiment on the internal surface in the radial plunge grinding way,the hardness distribution characteristics of the internal grind-hardening layer of the steel GCr15 was studied for obtaining the information about the optimal combination of grinding parameters.The results show that a softening zone exists in the wheel circumferential inout incision zone of the workpiece.The softening zone is composed of a radial plunge zone,a circumferential engagement transition zone and a circumferential exit transition zone.The grinding depth has a remarkably significant effect on the arc length of softening zone,and the feed speed has a significant effect on the arc length of softening zone and the grinding wheel speed has a less pronounced effect on the arc length of softening zone.Furthermore,the distribution curve of the softening zone circumferential micro-hardness changes from “U” to “W” in shape as the grinding depth increases.To obtain the minimum arc length of softening zone,the optimum combination of grinding parameters determined in the experiment is as follows:the grinding depth is ap=0.3 mm,the feed speed of workpiece is vw=0.20 m/min,the grinding speed is vs=30 m/s.
