摘要:: 福鼎饼花是福鼎地区特有的一种用于包装中秋月饼的装饰画，福鼎饼花既是月饼促销的重要手段，也是福鼎中秋习俗的一部分。福鼎饼花在200余年的发展历程中，经历了“剪纸饼花—手绘饼花—木版饼花”三次大的发展阶段，最终完成了民俗艺术从较为初级的乡民艺术到高端文人艺术的嬗变。福鼎饼花的发展进程是市场竞争与艺术发展共同作用的结果，是民俗与民艺良性互动的经典范例。它不但丰富了福鼎地区中秋民俗的文化内涵，而且促进了当地中秋节俗的活态发展。

Abstract:: Fuding label painting is a unique moon-cake packing decoration in Fuding region, which serves as part of Mid-autumn Festival custom and an important measure of commercial promotion as well. During its history of 200 years, it evolved in style from paper cutting to hand painting then to wood engraving. Its evolution is the result of the interaction between market competition and art development, a classic model of the positive interaction of folk custom and folk art. It enriches the Mid-autumn Festival cultural connotation in Fuding region and promotes the dynamic development of the folk custom.
