- “徒法不足以自行”，从根本上突破诚信建设困境，必须确保法的实施，以法治化方式提升法律治理效果。诚信建设法治化实现法治的诚信与诚信的法治的统一，是解决道德治理难题、建设法律信任体系的需要。完善诚信的法律制度、建立诚信的执法保障、培育诚信的法治精神是诚信建设法治化的内在要求。
- Abstract:
- “Only making laws is not enough”. To overcome fundamentally the credit construction difficulties involves ensuring the law enforcement and promoting the effect of law governance. This is the key to solving the problems of the moral governance and to constructing legal trust system. We should improve the legal system for credit construction, ensure law enforcement, and cultivate the spirit of the rule of law in credit construction. All these are the internal requirements of the credit construction legalization.
