摘要:
“互联网+”时代,给实体行业带来了巨大冲击,服装实体店可谓是重灾区。然而,经过十几年的非理性争夺,服装“电商”与“店商”之间的优劣势逐渐明朗化。基于顾客价值理论,从营销4P策略的角度出发,分析目前服装“电商”存在的劣势,在此基础上为服装“店商”提出相应的发展建议。
Abstract:
The era of “Internet Plus” has brought great impacts on entity industry, especially the costume stores. However, through the irrational competition for more than ten years, the advantages and disadvantages between the “e-commerce” and the “store-commerce” gradually become clear. Based on the theory of customer value and from the 4P strategy of marketing, this paper analyses the disadvantages of the existing costume e-commerce and puts forward some suggestions for the development of “store-commerce”.
