- 2015年是司法改革全面推进的一年，在制度等方面有了很多实质性的进步，这种实质性的变革必然对法律的职业伦理构建提出更高的要求。司法改革要达到好的效果，不仅仅应从制度上、法律上进行改革，也迫切需要改变法学院校法律职业伦理教育仅停留在书本教学上的现状，即迫切需要构建在法律实践过程进行法律职业伦理教育的新模式，以培养品德高尚、思想政治合格的社会主义法律优秀人才。
- Abstract:
- The year 2015 witnessed the comprehensively deepened judicial reform, in which substantial advancement was made in some aspects. This will definitely demand higher requirements for ethics in law practice. To achieve better effects of judicial reform involves not only reforming the systems and laws, but also transforming the current situation that ethics education in law schools is confined within book teaching. It is urgent to construct a new mode of ethics education in law practice to cultivate outstanding socialist judicial personnel with high morality and qualified political thoughts.
