东晋、南朝隐逸之风盛行，沈约在《宋书·隐逸传》中较为完整地表达了对隐逸的认识，传递出对隐逸的向往。此后沈约多次兴起隐逸之思，但因内心对权势地位的强烈渴求，其隐逸的理想终究未能实现。沈约书信中关涉隐逸的有5封，考察5封信函及其创作背景，既有沈约对隐逸的真诚向往，也有其政坛流连的复杂心态。通过对有关史料的分析，可以还原沈约的隐逸心态。
Abstract:
The view of seclusion prevailed in the Southern Dynasties. Shen Yue, an expert in literature and history, has gained insight into the view of seclusion. There are five letters about seclusion, in which Shen Yue demonstrates his company with hermits, contradictory attitudes toward seclusion and his love for being a hermit. Through studying the aforesaid letters, this paper attempts to present Shen Yue’s view of seclusion.
