摘要:: 运用 2010—2015 年空间面板数据分析影响珠江三角洲城市群服务业利用 FDI 的因素，并检验群内不同等级城市服务业 FDI 区位分布的差异。发现：除受市场规模、制造业 FDI 等传统因素影响外，珠江三角洲城市群服务业 FDI 区位分布存在空间相关性；不同等级的城市服务业 FDI 的影响因素不完全一致，主要体现在制造业FDI、服务业工资效率、地区对外开放度、集聚经济等因素。

Abstract:: Based on the spatial panel data from the urban agglomerations of the Pearl River Delta, this paper analyzes the determinants of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) in the service industry and examines different influence of determinants in the cities of different sizes. The results find that: (1) The FDI of the service industry in the urban agglomerations of the Pearl River Delta is not only influenced by traditional determinants such as the size of the market, the FDI of the manufacturing industry and so on, but also has clear space dependence; (2) The determinants of FDI in the service industry are not consistent in the different size of cities. The major determinants are the FDI of the manufacturing industry, the wage efficiency of the service industry, the degree of regional openness, and the agglomerative economies so on.
