摘要:
受文化要素英国调研激励并着眼于强化文化发展的民众基础,提出了通俗化民众性文化分类架构。文化在通俗化民众性文化分类架构中可以粗略地归并为三类:有形类、无/隐形类和创意类:物性特征在有形类中彰显,内涵特征在无/隐形类中靓丽,创意类是灵动于有形类、无/隐形类,通过文字、图画、声光电多维效应谋就的文化产品(包括旅游创意)。为了形成官民联动、良性务实的社会氛围,优化我国文化大国、文化强国建设的多维效应,提出了民众、文化推广、顶层设计和通俗化民众性文化分类架构彼此之间的动态互动关系图。
Abstract:
Motivated by the research and targeted at strengthening the basis of the general public, the Popular Culture Classification Structure was suggested. Culture, under the Popular Culture Classification Structure, may be roughly grouped into three categories, namely, the tangible, the invisible and the creative. The physical feature is manifested in the tangible, the connotative feature is beautiful in the invisible, and what highlights the creative are cultural products (including creative tourism), originated from the tangible and the invisible, through multi- dimensional effects for teletexts/pictures/musics/photoelectric devices. For a solid and preferable social atmosphere, with endeavours from both ordinary people and governmental officials, the dynamic and interactive mechanism was moved, involving the relations among the general public, culture promotion, government management and the Popular Culture Classification Structure, to enhance the multi-dimensional effects of making a better China with culture.
