摘要:: 清朝学者叶燮的《原诗》是一部有理论体系、思想价值与时代特点的诗歌理论著作。在进入西方文论视域中研究者的接受视野的时候，针对其抽象的诗学理念，应当以古希腊“模仿说”还是以艾伯拉姆斯倡导的“表现论”为视角进行解读，亦或是通过两者理论的融合，来把握叶燮诗学体系中视本体论与创作论并重的内核。如何通过“理、事、情”的英译来考察不同研究者对其含义的理解？通过研究上述问题，能够体现出在他者的文论视角中，中国古代文论在传播过程所携带的广阔的解读空间及其对中西文化交流对话的启示。

Abstract:: Yuan Shi (The Origin of Poetry), written by Ye Xie a scholar in the Qing Dynasty, is a theory work on poetry with theoretical system, ideological value and characteristic of the era. When it enters the researchers’ view in the field of western literary theory, should the poetic ideas be interpreted from the perspective of “imitation theory” of ancient Greece, or “expression theory of art” advocated by Abrams, or through the integration of the two theories, to grasp the combination of the ontology and creation theory in Ye Xie’s poetic system? Can we unveil researchers’ understanding of poetic terms such as “Li, Shi and Qing” through their English translation? Answers to these questions may well reflect the broad space of interpretation about ancient Chinese literary theory in the process of its dissemination from the perspective of other literary theories, and its enlightenment for cultural exchanges and dialogues between China and the West.
