摘要:
不同领域的科研经费投入对地区GDP增长的影响程度不同，利用黑龙江省2007—2017年的地区生产总值、三大产业增加值以及科研经费支出等相关数据，首先对科学研究与开发机构经费内部支出、高等学校科技活动经费内部支出、大中型工业企业科技活动经费内部支出与三大产业的关联度进行分析，然后利用C-D生产函数具体分析各领域的科研投入对经济增长的贡献程度，最后得出科研投入与经济增长高度正相关，但具有滞后性，各领域科研投入对经济增长的贡献程度不同的结论，为黑龙江省加快建设科教强省提供实证分析支撑。
Abstract:
Research expenditure in different fields has different influence on regional GDP growth.This paper，by using the relevant data of Heilongjiang Province’s gross regional product,the added value of the three industries and the expenditure of scientific and technological activities from year 2007 to 2017,analyzes the correlation degree among the internal expenditure of scientific research and development institutions，the internal expenditure of scientific and technological activities of institutions of higher learning，the internal expenditure of scientific and technological activities of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises and the three industries.C-D production function is used to analyze the contribution of scientific research input to economic growth.Finally，it is concluded that scientific research investment has highly positive correlation with economic growth，but lags behind，and the contribution of scientific research investment in various fields to economic growth is different.This study provides an empirical analysis supportfor Heilongjiang Province to accelerate its construction of science and education.
