摘要:
医疗旅游是国际公认的朝阳产业，具有强大的产业拉动效应。作为福建省核心城市的厦门，拥有优越的医疗旅游资源、区位、多区叠加的政策、交通体系等比较优势，需要把其转为厦门高质量发展的竞争优势。运用SWOT深入分析厦门市发展医疗旅游的优劣势、面临的机会和挑战，结合厦门市经济社会发展的实践，提出利用厦门多区叠加的政策优势，全力吸引我国台湾地区的医疗资源和技术，优化自贸区区域配置，积极推进厦门国际医疗旅游中心建设；建立统一协调的厦门市医疗旅游服务体制和机构；实施多样化的医疗旅游营销；组建厦门医疗集团，利用国内资本市场上市融资，做大做强厦门医疗机构；增加对厦门发展医疗旅游的财政投入等五大对策，以促进厦门医疗旅游发展。
Abstract:
Medical tourism is an internationally recognized sunrise industry，with a strong industrial pull effect.Xiamen，as the core city in Fujian Province，possesses such superior medical tourism resources as location，multi-district superposition policy，transportation system and some other comparative advantage，which need to be transformed into more competitive ones for Xiamen’s high-quality development.This paper,by using SWOT,analyzes both advantages and disadvantages，as well as opportunities and challenges of developing medical tourism in Xiamen. Based on Xiamen’s economic and social development，the paper puts forward 5 measures to promote Xiamen’s medical tourism.They are:construct Xiamen International Medical Tourism Center by taking advantage of the policy of multi-district superposition in Xiamen,attracting Taiwan’s medical resources and technologies,and optimizing the regional configuration of the free trade zone；establish a unified and coordinated medical tourism service system and institution in Xiamen；implement diversified medical tourism marketing；establish Xiamen Medical Group, making use of the domestic capital market for listing and financing to strengthen the medical institutions in Xiamen；increase the financial investment in medical tourism development.
