摘要:: 随着越来越多的外籍人士来华，我国的涉外案件随之增加，加上近年一些西方国家给中国处处设置障碍，越来越多的中国企业和个人卷入涉外诉讼中。因此，培养更加专业的法庭口译人才具有现实战略意义，而角色定位是培养专业法庭口译人才的前提之一。基于戈夫曼谈话“参与框架”理论，借助孙杨抗检一案公开听证会上口译员表现，从听和说两个角度，可以更好地解析法庭口译员在法庭机构话语语境中角色的构建与转换。

Abstract:: That more and more foreigners come to China results in more foreigner-involved lawsuits in China.In addition,recently some Western countries have set up obstacles to China,and more and more Chinese enterprises and individuals face foreign litigation problems.Therefore,it is of practical and strategic significance to train more professional court interpreters,for which role orientation is one of the prerequisites.Based on Goffman’s theory of“Participation Framework”,this paper discusses the construction and shifting of the multiple roles of court interpreters in the court institutions discourse context through the performance of interpreters in the public hearing of Sun Yang’s anti-doping test case.
