摘要:: 党的十九届五中全会提出要加快构建以国内大循环为主体、国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局。实体经济是立国之本，数字经济是驱动经济发展的重要引擎，为适应双循环新发展格局要求,牢牢把握扩大内需这一战略基点，推进数字经济与实体经济深度融合，解决实体经济发展过程中不利于巩固内循环的问题，进一步释放数字经济对实体经济的放大、叠加、倍增作用。推动实体经济进行全方位变革突破，已成为构建新发展格局的重要着力点。

Abstract:: The Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee proposed to speed up the construction of a new development pattern with domestic circulation as the main body and with domestic and international dual circulation promoting each other.The real economy is the foundation of our country,and digital economy is an important engine to drive economic development.In order to meet the requirements of the new development pattern of dual circulation,we should firmly grasp the strategic basis of expanding domestic demand,promote their deep integration,solve the problems that are not conducive to consolidating the internal circulation in the process of the development of the real economy,and further release the amplification,superposition and multiplication effect of the digital economy on the real economy.To carry out all-round reform and breakthrough in the real economy has become an important focus of building a new pattern of development.
