摘要:
在贫困救助问题上，辛格提出消除人道与正义之差异的激进方案，然而辛格所提供的论证内在不一致，而且他也没有注意到贫困救助义务的复杂性。我们应当严格区分人道与正义两条路径，以人道来取代正义，这就会无视人类合作的事实，也忽视穷人的应得权利；以正义来取代人道，这又难免对救助者做出过高的道德要求，将一些分外之责当成必须去履行的行为。
Abstract:
Peter Singer proposes a radical solution to the problem of poverty. He claims that the traditional distinction between humanity and justice should be abolished. The main arguments for Singer’s solution are inconsistent and Singer does not notice the complexity of poverty relief. We should distinguish between humanity and justice. If we use humanity to replace justice, it implies that we will ignore the fact of social cooperation and the rights of the poor. If we use justice to replace humanity, it implies that we will demand too much from the benefactors and regard the supererogatory actions as the obligatory ones.
