摘要:
从严治党是中国共产党在长期执政条件下保持组织肌体的先进性和纯洁性，赢取广大人民群众的执政信任，拥有执政资格的必然要求。新的历史条件下坚持全面从严治党较之以往有其自身的规律，主要表现在必须增强管党治党的责任意识、必须恪守政党治理的威严性、必须把握政党治理的系统性、必须坚持政党治理的长期性、必须维护制度治党的权威性以及必须提升思想建党的有效性等六个层面。深入研究、探索和遵循新形势下全面从严治党的规律，对于更好地加强和改善执政党自身建设，重塑政治形象，提升执政党的战斗力、凝聚力和向心力，进一步巩固党的执政地位具有重大的现实意义和深远价值。
Abstract:
Enforcing strict Party discipline is a necessary requirement for CCP to keep its advancement and purity under the condition of the long-term ruling, to win the trust of the broad masses of the people and to own governing qualification. Compared with the past, enforcing strict Party discipline has its own rules under the new historical conditions. This is mainly embodied in enhancing responsibility consciousness of managing and governing the Party, abiding by the majesty of governing the Party, being persistent in governing the Party, insisting on long-term governing of the Party, maintaining the authority of governing the Party by systems and improving the effectiveness of the ideological construction. Under the new situation, further researching and following the rules of enforcing strict Party discipline have great realistic meaning and far-reaching value. It is beneficial for better strengthening and improving Party building, reshaping its political image, and enhancing its ruling party’ combat power, cohesion and centripetal force. All this will further consolidate the Party’s ruling status.
