摘要:
孟子的性善论深刻影响着中华民族,历代诸儒或有批评,或有继承,更有发展。明末大儒黄道周以不同于同时代主流的独特思想,对汉宋诸儒的人性论进行一一批评,并在此基础上坚守和诠释孟子的性善论。黄道周严分人性和气质,运用太极阴阳学说探求人性论的形上依据,说明人性着不得一毫气质,强调了天命之性的至善性与永恒性。关于恶的来由,黄道周走了一条不同于宋儒的路径,向外确立了人性是由后天积习所损坏,从而完善了性善一元论。
Abstract:
Mencius’ theory of human nature profoundly affects the Chinese nation. Ancient Confucianisms criticized, inherited or developed it. In the late Ming Dynasty, Huang Daozhou criticized the theory of human nature of the Han and Song dynasties’ Confucianisms in different ways from the mainstream of the contemporary. And on this basis, he adhered to and interpreted Mencius’s theory of goodness. Huang Daozhou distinguished human nature and temperament. On the metaphysical basis of humanity theory by using Taiji’s theory of Yin and Yang, he showed that human nature could not be mixed with a trace of temperament and emphasized the perfection and eternity of nature. As for the cause of evil, Huang took a path different from that of Song Confucianism and outwardly established that human nature was damaged by acquired habits to improve the goodness of the monism.
