摘要:
当前,“大众创业、万众创新”,深化改革、扩大开放,实施“一带一路”和建设自贸区等一系列经济发展战略,为两岸青年创业提供了新机遇。基于对厦门市两岸青年创业调查结果的分析,发现青年创业体系建设偏重政策制定和平台建设,而创业教育、对创业者的社会支持体系建设滞后,影响了青年的创业信心。在系统理论视角下,以创业政策为支撑,打造两岸青年创业与合作创业平台;优化创业环境,建立两岸青年创业的支持网络;加强创业教育,提升青年创业能力和耐挫力。
Abstract:
At present,a series of economic development strategies,such as mass entrepreneurship and innovation,deepening reform and opening up,the implementation of “Belt and Road”,and the construction of the FTA,has provided new opportunities for crossstrait youth entrepreneurship.Based on the survey results of youth entrepreneurship in Xiamen,it is found that youth entrepreneurship system emphasizes policy making and platform construction,but is deficient in entrepreneurship education and social support system construction,which exerts a negative impact on young entrepreneurs’ confidence.From the perspective of system theory,the paper puts forward the construction of a youth entrepreneurship system model:with entrepreneurial policy support,build a crossstrait youth entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial cooperation platform;establish a crossstrait youth entrepreneurship support network to optimize the business environment;strengthen entrepreneurship education to promote youth entrepreneurship ability and endurance.
