- 根据当前全国新建本科院校发展现状,有针对性地分析了教学性、地方性、新建性、高等性这四个新建本科院校改革与发展的基本特征,并以"四性"为指导,提出了全面构建新建本科院校人才培养新体系的基本方略。
- Abstract:
- According to the current development situation of our nation’s newlyestablished universities, this paper analyzed the four basic characteristics of newlyestablished universities: teaching, local, newlyestablished and higher. With the guide of these four characteristics, this paper proposed basic strategies of roundly establishing the talent cultivation system of newlyestablished universities.
