摘要:: 作为培养与考核学生专业综合素质的有效手段，法学毕业论文的撰写需要有效的考核机制。当前，不论是机制设计本身，还是机制的实际践行，法学专业毕业论文的考核存在着考核理念被曲解、考核机制研究与革新存在困顿等问题。研究认为应从考核导向、考核指标修正、考核程序完善等方面进行考核机制的革新。

Abstract:: It needs an effective evaluation mechanism to evaluate the undergraduate’s thesis written by undergraduate law students, which is deemed to be an effective means to train and evaluate the student’s comprehensive quality. However, there are many problems for both the mechanism design and the mechanism actual practice at present. For example, the evaluation ideas are distorted, the research and innovation of the mechanism is stagnated in some universities. So we should reform our present evaluation mechanism in terms of the evaluation guidance, evaluation index and evaluation procedures.
