摘要:
随着STCW公约(2010年马尼拉修正案)的正式生效以及国际航运界对高素质船员的需求，对高校航海类专业进行综合改革，创新人才培养模式和方法以培养高素质的航海技术应用型人才是非常必要和及时的。试图分析目前集美大学航海技术专业建设中存在的问题，提出重点在人才培养模式、师资队伍、教学建设、教学管理与质量监控等方面对航海技术专业进行综合改革的初步方案，以促进航海人才培养水平的整体提升，并对学校其他专业或同类高校相关专业的改革建设起到一定的借鉴作用。
Abstract:
Along with the STCW convention (2010 Manila amendment) formally went into effect as well as the international shipping industry for high quality seafarer’s demand, comprehensive reform of the navigation major, innovative talent training mode to cultivate maritime technology applied talents of higher quality is very necessary and timely. By analyzing the current problems in Jimei University navigation technology major construction, proposed the comprehensive reform solution of navigation technology major in the personnel training mode, teachers, teaching construction and teaching management and quality monitoring, to promote improving maritime talent training quality and play a reference role to our other similar or related professional reform and construction in colleges and universities.
