摘要:
开放式实验教学是高校深化实验教学改革、提高实验教学质量的一项创新性工作。阐述开放式实验教学的内涵及意义，结合集美大学食品与生物工程学院的实际情况，从实验内容和培养目标出发，论述了开放式实验教学模式的构建思路与方法并提出高等院校实施开放式实验教学的保障措施。
Abstract:
The opening experimental teaching was an innovative work in colleges and universities to deepen the reform of experimental teaching and improve the quality of experimental teaching. This paper explained the concept and significance of the opening experimental teaching, and then discussed the idea and methods of the construction of the opening experimental teaching model from the experimental content and objectives, according to the actual situation in our college, and suggested some measures to ensure the implementation of the opening experimental teaching in colleges and universities.
