摘要:
大学发展的理念,在很大层面上制约了我国大学的良性发展。以雅斯贝尔斯的学术自由思想为鉴,可以发现制约我国大学学术自由实现的主要原因在于学校内部管理行政化、人员队伍近亲繁殖系数较高、功利主义思想严重和办学模式单一。依据归因分析和雅斯贝尔斯的思想指导,我国大学应该通过树立唯学术至上的治学观念和建立公平、公正、包容的学术交流机制,努力扩大学术自主权,营造学术自由的制度环境,从而实现大学内涵式发展,并形成大学之间各具特色的百花齐放格局。
Abstract:
As a core concept of university development, academic freedom is the most valuable foundation for all first-class university to assiduously seek and base on. However, since the beginning of the development, the Chinese university is congenitally deficient in this regard. It restricts the healthy development of Chinese university at most levels. Taken Jaspers’ idea of academic freedom as a lesson, the main reasons for restricting academic freedom of Chinese universities to realize are analyzed: internal management of the executive, higher staff inbreeding, stressing utilitarianism and single running mode. Based on attribution analysis and the ideological guidance of Jaspers, Chinese universities should set up the idea of Academic first, establish a fair and comprehensive academic exchange mechanism, expand the academic autonomy and create the institutional environment of academic freedom. Only then the university can realize connotative development. And the formation of distinctive pattern between universities will flourish.
