摘要:
在公共选择理论视角下,高校自主招生政策相关利益主体,包括政府、高校、高中和考生都是理性“经济人”,为了追求自身利益最大化,采取个人化决策。各主体“经济人”行为范式、利益集团的非均衡博弈以及教育寻租等制约自主招生公平性。因此,为了推动高校自主招生公平,需要权衡各行为主体的利益,使政策向弱势群体倾斜,并建立和完善有效监督机制。
Abstract:
From the perspective of the Public Selection Theory, the autonomous recruitment in universities in China involves four interest bodies: the government, universities, senior high schools and examinees, which all resort to personal decisions. “Economic man” behavior paradigm, non-equilibrium of the game and rent-seeking in education induce inequality in the autonomous recruitment. Therefore, interests of all bodies need to be considered, implementing some policies to assist the disadvantaged and establishing an effective supervisory mechanism.
