摘要:
实践教学能力是指教师在实践教学环境下,通过教学实施、团队协作等方式,表现出来的影响教学过程或效果的多种能力的有机统一。实践教学能力结构包括基础能力、专业能力和研究能力三个层次八个模块。在应用技术型本科高校青年教师实践教学能力现状、成因分析的基础上,提出引力模式、内生模式、助力模式、驱力模式和协作模式等五种发展模式,并从能力结构和发展模式、串联发展和并联发展对实践教学能力模型进行构建。
Abstract:
Practical teaching competence refers to the integrity of diverse abilities in the setting of practical teaching, presented in such courses as teaching process, team cooperation, etc., and in reverse, affecting its progressing or performance. The structure of practical teaching competence is constituted by eight modules and three levels, including fundamental capability, professional competence and research capacity. Based on the analysis on the status quo of practical teaching competence among young teachers and its contributing factors in application-oriented undergraduate institutes, this essay proposes five development modes, namely, Gravity Mode, Endogenous Mode, Supporting Mode, Stimulating Mode, and Cooperative mode, and further establishes the model of practical teaching competence from the perspective of ability structure, development model, tandem mode and parallel mode.
