摘要:
教育理论与教育实践长期脱离的现实呼唤教育工程师的涌现。教育工程师是联系教育理论与教育实践的中介中体。一方面,作为教育理论走向教育实践的中介,对教育理论进行深度解读,揭示蕴含其中的教育观并对教育观进行阐释,再在教育观指导下设计出教育操作思路,为教师提供操作性建议,经由这样的路径对教育理论进行应用性开发,帮助教育理论走向教育实践;另一方面,作为教育实践走向教育理论的中介,对教育经验进行凝练和概括,为教育理论工作者提供事实资源和理论原型,使教育经验上升为教育理论。教育工程师通过完成以上两方面的任务,可以实现教育理论与教育实践的联结。
Abstract:
Educational engineers are bridge of linking educational theory and practice and intermediary between educational theorist and practitioner. As mediation of educational theory to practice, they develop and transform educational theory and provide educational practice operational thinking for educational practitioner, which make educational theory return to practice. On the other side, as mediation of educational practice to theory, they generalize educational experience and provide educational facts and theory prototype for educational theorist, which make the educational experience being abstracted into educational theory. Through completing the two aspects tasks, educational engineers achieve the target of linking educational theory and practice.
