摘要:: 职业技术院校的毕业生已经在专业趋同的情况下出现明显的人才过剩状况，这势必引发学生对专业选择和就业取向的重新思考。而现代制造业发展所需要的技术专才逐渐出现缺供状态。前瞻性地看到这两方面的变化，应建立回避趋同的基本意识，同时，理性地瞄准国家未来发展制造业的需要选设专业，改变培养方式、方法，培养更多制造业方面的专门技术人才。

Abstract:: The convergence of professional setting is common in vocational colleges, which results in the talent surplus in the employment market. This is bound to lead to a rethinking of the professional choice and employment orientation of students. However, the technical professionals requiring for the development of modern manufacturing industry are deficiently supplied. It is of requisite importance to take those two changes into consideration and establishes a basic awareness of avoiding specialty convergence. The setting of specialties should be based on the demand of the manufacturing industry and the training method should be altered to cultivate more qualified technical professionals for manufacturing industry.
