摘要:: 为探讨大学生网络社会支持、网络人际信任、疏离感和手机依赖的关系。采用大学生手机成瘾倾向量表、青少年疏离感量表、大学生网络社会支持量表和网络空间人际信任问卷对442 名大学生进行测量。结果表明：网络社会支持与手机依赖存在显著负向相关，与网络人际信任存在显著正向相关；疏离感与网络社会支持、网络人际信任存在显著负向相关；手机依赖与疏离感存在显著正向相关；疏离感在网络社会支持、网络人际信任和手机依赖之间起到中介作用，有83%-119%的变异量是通过疏离感对手机依赖产生的影响；以疏离感为中介变量的模型拟合较好。因此，可以通过调节大学生的网络社会支持和网络人际信任水平来改善大学生的疏离感，进而降低手机依赖程度。

Abstract:: To explore the relationship among mobile phone addiction, online social support, online social trust and alienation in college students. A total of 442 college students were selected from universities by stratified and convenience sampling. They were assessed with the mobile phone addiction scale, online social support scale, online social trust scale and alienation scale. The results find that:there was significant positive correlation among online social support, online social trust and mobile phone addiction, both online social support and online social trust had a significant negative correlation with alienation, and mobile phone addiction had a significant positive correlation with alienation;alienation mediate the relationship among online social support, online social trust and mobile phone addiction, the mediation effect accounted for 83%～119% of the total effect. Therefore, society, school and parents can improve the alienation by adjusting the online social support and online social trust, and thus reduce the level of mobile phone addiction.
