摘要:
大学办学定位的准确性,与社会发展、高等教育规律的耦合性,可以从不同的维度进行衡量。大学办学定位可以从时间维度、空间维度、社会维度、政策维度和国际维度五个方面进行办学定位的探寻,从而进行精准定位,实现办学定位在不同维度上的耦合,进而聚合多方力量,运用积极因素,促进学校快速发展。通过对办学定位维度的分析,提出了大学办学定位的三个方面的原则和建议:一是要扎根中国大地与自身基础办大学;二是对自身的办学基础不能持否定态度,对未来发展要有自信与定力;三是办学定位必须立足于人才培养,紧扣“立德树人”的根本任务,做好教学工作,提升办学质量。
Abstract:
The accuracy of university orientation and the coupling with the social development and the law of higher education can be measured from different dimensions. The orientation of university running can be explored in five dimensions of time, space, society, policy and global to make accurate positioning and achieve different dimensions of coupling, and finally gather multi forces with positive factors to promote the rapid development of the school.Based on analysis of the orientation dimensions, the paper puts forward three orientation principles, including rooting in China’s reality and the foundation of the university, taking confidence and determination of the future,running school based on moral value establishment and talent cultivation to improve the school quality.
