摘要:
“校长”的概念从古代的下级军官转变到近代学校的最高管理者,这一转变过程明显受到了日本的影响。清末民初,伴随着中国教育近代化进程的不断推进,学校行政负责人的称谓经历了从“总理”到“监督”再到“校长”的流变过程。“校长”称谓从民国初年能够沿用至今,契合了校长职业专业化以及平等师生关系的时代要求,顺应了教育发展规律的内在必然性。
Abstract:
The concept of the “principal” evolution from the junior officers of the ancient to the modern school managers, this process of change was influenced by the impact of Japan. In the Qing Dynasty, the modernization and democratization process of Chinese education continuously push forward several times to change the concept of the person in charge of the school administration. They experienced rheological process from the ‘Premier’to ‘supervise’ to ‘principals’. The “principal” concept from the early years of the Republic can still in use to fit the requirements of the times of the professionalization and equality teacher-student relationship, in line with the educational development of the internal historical inevitability.
