摘要:
双核能力是影响学生就业竞争力的重要因素。面对当下文科生的培养瓶颈,依托教师的科研课题是提升学生专业核心能力、职业核心能力的一个大胆尝试,有意义且可操作。高校积极营造科研氛围、优化学生素质结构、完善科研激励机制、点面结合推进学生参与教师科研工作,可以提高学生未来的发展潜力及竞争力。
Abstract:
Dual core competence holds the key to students’ employment competitiveness. Amid the situation where the way of cultivating students runs into the bottleneck,it is a bold attempt to enhance the professional core competence and occupational core competence by virture of teachers’academic subject, which is also meaningful and workable. Actively build scientific research atmosphere, optimizing the structure of students’ quality in colleges and universities, perfecting the incentive mechanism of scientific research, provide to promote students to participate in the teachers’ scientific research work, can improve the students’ future development potential and competitiveness.
