摘要:
《中学教师工作满意度问卷》对212名中学教师进行调查,结果发现:总体而言,中学教师在自我实现和同事关系两方面的满意度较高,而在工作强度和工资收入两方面的满意度较低。具体而言,20—30岁教师对工作强度最为满意,50岁以上教师对工资收入最为满意;职称最高的教师感受到最为强烈的自我实现;实际工资收入低的教师对工资收入的满意度较低,而对工作强度的满意度较高;教龄短的教师对工作强度的满意度较高。20年的时代变化并未对中学教师的工作满意度产生根本性的影响。
Abstract:
In order to explore the present situation of middle school teachers’job satisfaction and the change with times, the paper carried out an investigation on 212 middle school teachers with questionnaire method. It found: First,middle school teachers’ job satisfaction reached a high level in the aspect of self-realization and colleagueship, and a low level in working intensity and salary income. Second, the youngest teachers felt the most satisfied with working intensity and the oldest teachers felt the most satisfied with salary income; teachers with the highest title felt the most strongly self-fulfilling; teachers with lower wages felt more satisfied with working strength and lower satisfaction with salary income than teachers with higher wages; teachers with short working years felt more satisfied with working strength than with long working years. Third, the changing times of 20 years hadn’t significant influence on the job satisfaction of middle school teachers.
